(JD)Data Entry Operator – Fresher

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented fresher for the position of Data Entry Operator. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and the ability to handle data accurately. The ideal candidate should also be creative, eager to learn, and capable of suggesting new ideas to improve office work and documentation.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain company data in Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Prepare daily reports, data sheets, records, and office documents.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure proper data organization.
- Perform data verification to identify and correct errors.
- Create professional Excel sheets, formats, reports, and presentations.
- Use creative thinking to improve existing formats and documentation.
- Assist in preparing charts, graphs, notices, and basic visual content when required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect and update required data.




- Perform other computer-related and administrative tasks assigned by management.

1. Educational Qualification

- Minimum: 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent.
- Graduation or a computer-related course will be an added advantage.

1. Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing speed.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative thinking and an interest in developing new ideas.
- Willingness to learn new software, tools, and working methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

1. Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
