Role & responsibilities

This role owns the full lifecycle of client data deliverables, from contract setup through platform configuration, delivery execution, and close-out. Youd be the operational backbone keeping dozens of concurrent workstreams on schedule, working across Client Engagement, Technical Operations, QA, and Business Operations.

Day to day, you will:

- Set up and maintain Jira epics and deliverable records (dates, specs, cadence, encryption, delivery location, client contacts)
- Configure feeds, scripts, quality checks, and delivery schedules in the delivery platform
- Monitor active deliverables daily so the tracking board is accurate
- Hand off deliverables cleanly from active state to steady state
- Manage renewals and terminations, and make sure no delivery happens past a contract end date
- Handle team communications and escalate risks early

It is a hands-on, process-driving role, not a monitor dashboards job. Youll work with many teams that dont report to you,



so influence and accountability matter. The company is in a growth phase and wants someone who builds the operational rigor that lets it scale.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-have (critical):

- 46 years in operations, delivery, or project management
- Advanced Jira skills
- Intermediate SQL
- Understanding of data delivery pipelines (ETL, scheduling, secure transfer)
- Robust attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Cross-functional execution without positional authority

Strongly preferred:

- RWD delivery experience in life sciences or healthcare
- Interest in healthcare and technology

Nice to have (not essential):

- Azure DevOps, Redshift, or Airflow exposure
- Automated data quality frameworks, data dictionaries, codebooks
- Confluence documentation experience
