About Us
Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup fixing how debt recovery works in India. We work with banks, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) and NBFCs, and the industry has been stuck with clunky, manual processes for far too long. We're changing that by combining legal processes (SARFAESI, Sec 13(2), Sec 14, DRT) with smart automation, clean design, and AI that actually does something useful. We're a small, founder-led team with deep domain expertise, and we move fast.
The Role
Resollect sits on a lot of recovery data: loan accounts, notices, legal stages, hearings and recoveries across our bank, NBFC and ARC clients. Most of it arrives messy. Your job is to make it clean, trustworthy and useful, both for our clients and for how we run the company.
We're big on AI here. We don't want someone who does repetitive work by hand. We want someone who reaches for AI first, builds their own small tools, writes their own prompts, and automates the boring stuff out of existence.
What You'll Do
Build and own dashboards for clients and internal teams: portfolio recovery, case-stage tracking (Sec 13(2) → 13(4) → Sec 14 → DRT), turnaround times and collections.
Tame messy client data. Clean loan-book dumps and inconsistent Excel files, and build pipelines so the same cleanup never has to be done twice.
Write SQL and own data quality across our internal systems.
Find what drives recovery. Which accounts,
actions and geographies recover best, and turn that into clear recommendations.
Automate recurring client MIS and reporting.
Use AI / LLMs to extract structured data from documents such as notices and court orders, and to speed up analysis.
Work with tech and operations on data models, tracking and new product features.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years as an analyst (solid freshers with real projects are welcome).
Strong SQL and Excel. Python (pandas) is a big plus.
Dashboarding experience in Power BI, Looker, Metabase or similar.
Structured thinking. You start from the business question, not the chart.
Clear communication. You can explain a finding to a bank's head of collections in two minutes.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with lending, collections or BFSI data
Experience using LLMs to extract or classify data from documents A grounding in statistics, or side projects that show you go beyond the obvious
Why This Might Be Worth Your Time
Real data, real money: your analysis directly changes how loans get recovered.
You'll work directly with the founder and build the data function from the ground up.
You'll get very good at using AI for real analytical work.
If you get a kick out of turning a messy spreadsheet into a decision someone acts on, we'd like to meet you.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri), in-office
