Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Analyze sales, inventory, finance, operations, marketing, and customer service data; build data models, DAX measures, KPIs,



and performance reports.
- Integrate ERP, OMS, CRM, e-commerce, customer support, and marketing platforms using REST APIs.
- Handle API authentication, pagination, rate limits, incremental extraction, error management, and API monitoring.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines; manage structured databases and optimize SQL queries.
- Develop AI-powered reporting assistants and agents using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models through APIs.
- Enable natural-language querying, automated reporting, and business insights using prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
- Automate repetitive analytical and operational workflows using Python, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Schedule data refreshes; monitor pipeline performance, data quality, and failures.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, duplicate detection, logging, exception handling, and monitoring.
- Maintain data dictionaries, KPI definitions, source mappings, transformation logic, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
