Role Description This Cyber Security Trainer role at Thinkcloudly is a part-time, on-site position based in India. The trainer will design and deliver structured cybersecurity courses, including live classes, labs, and workshops, aligned with current industry practices and certification standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, explaining complex security concepts in an accessible way, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and answering questions to support their progress.

The trainer will also review and update course content, contribute to interview preparation sessions, assess learner performance, and provide feedback to help learners build robust, job-ready skills.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Application Security and secure software development practices.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity fundamentals and defensive security strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Security, risk management, and security governance.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Malware Analysis and understanding of common attack vectors.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.
- Familiarity with common security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, endpoint security solutions).
- Relevant professional certifications (such as CEH, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is beneficial.
