We're looking for an energetic, proactive Customer Support Specialist to be the voice of our consumer brands, handling customer queries over phone and email, and making sure every customer feels heard and helped.

What you'll do

- Respond to customer queries and complaints over phone and email, promptly and professionally
- Resolve order, delivery, return and product-related issues by coordinating with the operations and warehouse teams
- Follow up with customers until every issue is closed
- Maintain records of queries, resolutions and recurring issues
- Share customer feedback and common problems with the team to help improve products and processes

Who you are

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service or a similar role (freshers with solid communication skills can also apply)
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Energetic, proactive and sincere,



someone who takes ownership of a customer's problem
- Patient and calm when handling difficult conversations
- Organised, with basic knowledge of email, Excel / Google Sheets

You'll stand out if you have

- Experience supporting customers of an E-commerce, Quick Commerce or D2C brand
- Familiarity with handling order, delivery or return issues
