Designation: Process Executive / Senior Process Executive – Non-Voice

Location: Hyderabad (Permanent Work from Office)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7), including Night Shifts

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (All Disciplines)

Job Responsibilities The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Verify and review information in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance, confidentiality, and security measures related to client data.
- Research, understand, and implement process changes and updates accurately.
- Adhere to quality and productivity standards while striving to exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Follow process norms, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting process expectations.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office location.
- Commitment to remain with the organization for a minimum of 24 months.

Preferred Fresher Criteria

- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
- For Process Executive roles, candidates who graduated between 2022 and 2026 are preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate a long-term career interest in business process operations.

Preferred Experience Criteria

- A minimum of 1 year of experience is mandatory. Candidates must possess all required experience-related documents.

Not Preferred

- Candidates planning higher studies soon.
- Candidates aspiring for overseas education, Government jobs, or Core IT career opportunities in the immediate term.
