- Handle customer inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with customers and leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products.
- Handle sales enquiries and support lead conversion.
- Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
