Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat support
Resolve order / delivery-related issues
Manage multiple chats simultaneously (3+)
Ensure quick, accurate, and complete resolutions
Requirements
1–3 years experience in Customer Support (Chat Process preferred)
Good written English communication
Typing speed: 4 WPM
Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
Good to Have
Experience in Logistics / CSA (Customer Support Associate
