We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The selected candidates will assist international customers, respond to their queries, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow company policies, service quality guidelines, and performance standards.
- Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.




- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
