Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Company: Kalpraag Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

Experience: 2 years preferred

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in telesales, customer service, and CRM management to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to promote products and generate new business opportunities.

- Manage end-to-end customer service — from initial contact to post-sale follow-up — ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

- Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product value and addressing objections.

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to log interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints,



and service issues promptly and empathetically.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, and inventory) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost average order value and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or CRM-based roles.

- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.

- Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
