We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in Gurugram. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.

- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experienced Candidates: Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
