Customer Support Executive / Associate – Flipkart PAM (Voice)

Compensation & Perks
- Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month
- Incentives (PLI): ₹2,000 per month (Performance Linked Incentive)
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner and seller accounts over inbound and outbound voice channels, addressing service and account-related concerns.
- Provide end-to-end query resolution regarding listings, cataloging, payments, and account performance.
- Maintain accurate case logs, call dispositions, and proper record-keeping in internal management tools.
- Consistently meet operational targets, including average handling time (AHT),



first contact resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: Prior experience in voice support or telesales is mandatory.
- Documentation: Valid documentation (relieving letters, experience certificates, or pay slips) is required.
- Assessment Benchmarks:
- Must clear Client Assessment
- Minimum Versant / VETI score of Level 4
- Typing speed assessment clearance
- Core Competencies: Fluent verbal communication, professional telephone etiquette, problem-solving skills, and basic data entry skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
