Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Associate role based in Gurgaon.

The Customer Support

Associate will handle incoming customer and client inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive experience with Photios AI’s products and services.

Responsibilities include responding to support tickets and calls, troubleshooting basic product and account issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams. The role involves documenting customer interactions, gathering feedback, and sharing insights with product and operations teams to improve the platform and support processes.



The associate will also assist in onboarding new retail clients, guide users through features, and support training efforts to help front-line retail teams get the most value from Photios AI.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Experience assisting in Training activities, such as guiding users through product features or explaining best practices.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Gurgaon, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS, technology, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Ability to use support tools and basic CRM or ticketing systems; proficiency with common office and collaboration software.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in customer support, business, or related fields.
