Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, or Email channels based on the assigned process.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, orders, payments, refunds, account-related concerns, and other support requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality,



productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Deliver a skilled and positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support can apply.
- Good verbal and/or written English communication skills, depending on the process.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for Chat and Email processes.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.
