We're Hiring: Customer Success Executive | Ezyschooling | New Delhi
Ezyschooling is a digital platform connecting parents and K-12 schools, with over 1000 schools and 1.5 Lac+ parents on board. We're looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team.
Location: New Delhi (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full time
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner schools
- Keep schools satisfied and retained, and onboard newly collaborated schools
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues between schools and the company
- Follow up on payments and update records on time
- Coordinate with schools via email, WhatsApp and video calls, and visit schools when required
- Support upselling and renewals
What we're looking for :
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently or in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
