What We’re Looking For
- Solid proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (N2 level).
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of the e-commerce and hospitality industries.
- Ability to manage customer queries, booking-related requests, and complaints professionally.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
