Job Summary:

SkyOcean is looking for a motivated Customer Service cum Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle freight inquiries, and develop new business opportunities across air, sea, and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment handling.

- Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and promote freight forwarding services.

- Prepare freight quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into business.

- Maintain solid customer relationships and resolve service-related issues.

- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; logistics experience preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
