Customer Service Associate – Healthcare Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international healthcare voice process. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over inbound and/or outbound calls as per process requirements.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate call records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the applicable salary slab.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in US-based rotational night shifts.
- Candidates must be able to commute within the specified transport boundaries.

Salary Structure: 0–6 months ₹28,000





6–12 months ₹32,750

12–18 months ₹35,000

18–30 months ₹39,500

Additional Benefits:

- ₹720 monthly employee PF contribution adjustment upon implementation of the revised salary structure, as communicated by the employer.
- CTC remains unchanged after the communicated PF adjustment.
- Home pickup and drop for eligible shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM, subject to transport eligibility and service boundaries.
- Two rotational weekly offs.

Working Schedule
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- US-based rotational night shifts.

Transport Coverage Transport is available within the specified service boundaries, including:
- Mira Road
- Churchgate
- Dombivli
- CST
- Vashi

Nodal pickup/drop points:
- Andheri East (Western Line)
- Vikhroli (Central/Harbour Line)

Candidates residing outside the approved transport boundaries will not be considered for this requirement. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
