I’m hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for an Indian luxury perfumery house, serving customers in India and abroad.

? 6 days a week | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do

- Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, calls, email and social media.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
- Handle order queries, deliveries, returns and exchanges, following through until concerns are resolved.

You’ll fit well if you

- Enjoy working with people, take initiative and follow through.
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn how to use AI.
- Are based in or around Ambala Cantt.
