Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and sincere CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Follow up with leads and support the sales/marketing team as needed
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
