- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads

- Identify customer needs and explain products/services

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Convert leads into successful sales and maintain customer relationships
