About Fitora Foods Fitora Foods is a Kerala-style healthy meal subscription service in Kazhakoottam, Thiruvananthapuram. We deliver calorie-counted lunch and dinner boxes for weight loss, muscle gain, balanced and diabetic-friendly diets.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 per month, based on experience Responsibilities - Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats and enquiries about meal plans and pricing - Follow up on renewals and expiring subscriptions - Record customer requests (diet changes, skips, cancellations, delivery issues) and pass them to the kitchen and delivery team - Resolve complaints quickly and politely - Convert enquiries and trial users into weekly and monthly subscribers Requirements - Experience in client handling, customer service or front office - Fluent spoken and written English and Malayalam - Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, phone calls and basic computer use Valuable to have - Sales or telecalling experience - Interest in fitness and nutrition WhatsApp your CV @ (phone hidden)
