Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 In-Hand

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls and blended channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a voice/blended process.
- Willingness to work from the Noida or Gurugram location.
