We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team.

Position: Customer Care Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Share recurring customer feedback and concerns with the relevant teams to improve the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Fresh graduates with good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
