As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques related to Oracle environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code tailored to business requirements.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
