The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting to evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations and custom applications using Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and business process automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Workday environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required, with preference given to candidates holding Workday related Certification for the primary skill.
