- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PowerBuilder.
- Solid experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and frameworks within the software development domain.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PowerBuilder.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
