Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused CRT Trainer to deliver campus recruitment training to college students. The candidate will help students prepare for aptitude tests, logical reasoning assessments, verbal ability tests, group discussions, and placement interviews.

The role involves conducting classroom and practical training sessions, administering assessments, tracking student progress, and helping students develop the skills required to succeed in campus recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical thinking.
- Train students in numerical ability, percentages, ratios, averages, profit and loss, time and work, speed and distance, probability, and related aptitude topics.
- Teach logical reasoning topics such as coding-decoding, number series, puzzles, seating arrangements, and data interpretation.
- Improve students’ English communication, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Conduct mock aptitude tests, placement assessments, and practice examinations.
- Provide training in resume preparation, group discussions, interview skills, and professional communication.




- Conduct mock interviews and guide students on commonly asked HR and placement interview questions.
- Develop training materials, question banks, practice worksheets, and assessment plans.
- Evaluate student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment scores, student progress reports, and training feedback.
- Coordinate with the internal training and operations teams to plan training schedules and monitor outcomes.
- Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to deliver training sessions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline; candidates with strong aptitude and communication skills will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Positive English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using examples and practice problems.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge of campus recruitment processes and placement assessments.
- Familiarity with aptitude assessment platforms and online testing tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
