Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Junior Executive to support customer relationship management, maintain accurate customer and campaign data, and assist with CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of CRM tools, and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer, client, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Assist in managing customer databases, records, and sales pipelines.
- Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Support the team in preparing CRM reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for timely updates.
- Assist in sending follow-up emails and maintaining communication records.
- Identify duplicate or incomplete records and ensure the CRM database remains organized.
- Help monitor lead status,



conversion progress, and customer engagement.
- Perform other CRM-related administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, data management, or operations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Candidates with experience in maintaining databases, updating leads, or preparing reports will be preferred.
- Candidates interested in CRM operations, sales support, and digital marketing will be an advantage.
