CRM Telecalling & Lead Qualification Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Telecalling & Lead Qualification Executive to manage lead engagement through Zoho CRM. The role will be responsible for contacting prospective workshops, understanding customer requirements, identifying potential business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling demo sessions for the Product Solutions team.

The selected candidate will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-demo journey while maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage leads received through different business and marketing channels.
- Conduct telephonic discussions to understand customer requirements and assess business potential.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, business profile, purchase intent, and workshop suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Zoho CRM.
- Record customer interactions, follow-up activities, and lead status updates in CRM.




- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and re-engage inactive leads.
- Coordinate with Operations team for demo execution and Sales team for further commercial discussions.
- Generate daily and weekly lead tracking reports.
- Maintain CRM data quality and ensure all activities are properly documented.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers professionally over phone and digital channels.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead conversations simultaneously.

Contract Duration

6 Months (Extendable based on performance and business requirements)

Preference

Female candidates with strong multilingual communication skills (Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English) will be preferred for this position.
