CRM Manager – Real Estate | Jaywant Group
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Role: Manage customer relationships, post-sales services, and CRM operations for real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Manage bookings, documentation, and customer records.
- Coordinate possession and handover activities.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate CRM.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
