Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing CRM and e-commerce tools/platforms (e.g., Easycom, Shopify) for customer data, order tracking, and communication
- Support in setting up and scheduling customer communication (WhatsApp, email, SMS campaigns)
- Help track customer queries, feedback,



and resolution timelines
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
- Support day-to-day operations tasks such as order tracking, returns coordination, and issue resolution
- Help maintain trackers/dashboards for key CRM and operations metrics (repeat rate, response time, resolution rate)
- Coordinate with the customer support, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth order and query handling.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn tools like Easycom and Shopify
- Any prior internship or academic project related to CRM, operations, or customer support
