Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class with minimum 60%of marks.

Overall work experience: 3 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design o CAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3 years. Has expertise in

Solid Modelling and Detailing o Sheet metal Modelling and detailing o Handling of large assembly management o Designs the Sheet metal, components/ assemblies using Part modelling, Advanced Part modelling, Sheet metal, modelling techniques as appropriate o good experience in creating of structural and weldment drawings o Knowledge of creating Flat pattern, Punch form, Die form, Bend order Tables o Has knowledge of Sheet metal manufacturing processes.

o Good Exposure in Welding Symbols o Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.





o Working knowledge on GD&T; with ASME Y 14.5 standards.

o independent work executer with little support o valuable communication skills – both written and oral

Under direct supervision, assists with designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products. May conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable. Communicates with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
