Drive customer collections for the entity
Follow up on overdue balances
Monitor ageing & credit limits;
Team Management - Leading a team of 3–4 Executives
Resolve discounts/returns/reconciliations;
Deliver daily/weekly/monthly MIS to management
Required Candidate profile
8–12 yrs in credit control/AR, preferably publishing/distribution
Knowledge of receivable ageing, reconciliations, discounts
ERP proficiency
Excellent communication, negotiation & followup skills
