Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze credit balances to identify potential refund opportunities and implement strategies for recovery.
- Process refund requests from patients, insurance companies, or other stakeholders in accordance with established policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to medical billing, claims processing, and patient account management.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including credits issued and debit notes applied.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in credit balance analysis or a related field (RCM).
- Solid understanding of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
