Rarefiction Media is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor with a strong portfolio and at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for visuals, storytelling, cinematic editing, and motion graphics. We are looking for someone who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for brands, advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, advertisements, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing, storytelling, pacing, and sequencing.
- Use Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and dynamic transitions.
- Develop engaging visual narratives with strong hooks and creative concepts.
- Perform color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio synchronization.
- Create visually appealing titles, typography animations, and branded graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to execute concepts and meet project objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency and high production standards across projects.
- Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with modern editing styles, cinematic techniques, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1.5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Good understanding of cinematic storytelling, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and professional editing workflows.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual judgment.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience editing advertisements, brand films, product videos, and social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of typography animation, compositing, and advanced motion graphics.
- Experience working with a creative agency or production house.
