Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality corporate presentations (PPTs) for leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain brand-aligned templates, ensuring consistency across all communications
- Create social media creatives for LinkedIn, campaigns, and employer branding
- Design internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and posters
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to convert content into visually engaging formats
- Ensure all designs align with company branding, tone, and visual identity
- Support website and digital design requirements (basic level)
- Manage multiple design requests with timely delivery

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (must-have)




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Good understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory
- Experience in creating corporate-style designs (not just social media)
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into visuals
- Solid attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

- Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)
- Exposure to motion graphics or simple animations
- Experience in enterprise or B2B environments
