Creative Coordinator Location: Thane (Kolshet), in office,

Mon-Fri, 10 AM-7 PM

Experience: 2-4 years in content, ad films and video production

Reports to: Founders / Creative Head

We are looking for an organized, proactive and creatively inclined Creative Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of creative projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between creative stakeholders, writers, designers, editors, directors and production teams, ensuring that creative requirements are clearly communicated and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

● Turn client briefs into concepts, scripts, storyboards, and reference decks ● Strong understanding of creative workflows, content development, visual storytelling and project coordination.

● Plan the brand content calendar

● Brief freelance editors, designers, and motion artists and review their work for creative quality

● Join client meetings and presentations and collect feedback

● Work with the Production Coordinator so concepts can be shot within budget and time

● Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables Requirements

● Strong writing skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)

● Valuable visual sense and an understanding of storytelling, pacing,



and edit structure

● A portfolio or sample work (scripts, concepts, videos, or campaigns)

● Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve at a reviewing level (not full editing)

● Ability to give clear, specific feedback to editors

Qualifications and Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field preferred.

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in creative coordination, content coordination, advertising, media production or a similar role.

● Experience working with creative teams and managing multiple deliverables is essential.

● Candidates with experience in video production, digital content, advertising campaigns or branded content will be preferred. Good to have: experience with ad films, corporate films, or YouTube/Instagram content

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
