MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Editing & Short-Form Content

- Edit raw founder-filmed footage into high-performing reels for Instagram and TikTok.

- Build strong hooks that stop the scroll in the first three seconds.

- Pull usable snippets out of longer videos and interviews, and turn them into standalone content.

- Produce multiple variations of content that is already performing well.

Graphics & Static Creative

- Design static creative in Canva for social and paid campaigns.

- Keep every piece on brand, accurate and consistent, including product names and claims.

- Research what competitors and strong brands are doing, and bring back ideas worth testing.

Email Marketing Support

- Build and send email campaigns for new product drops and promotions.

- Review the existing email flows and recommend where they could be improved.

- Act on those improvements once they are agreed.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

- Bring ideas to the founder rather than waiting for a brief, including what to film next.

- Maintain the content calendar and work ahead of key dates and promotions.

- Keep all content, captions and assets organised in a shared system the whole business can access.

- Learn and respect the brand's compliance rules, including what claims can and cannot be made.

Software skills

- Video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Filmora.

- Canva.

Adobe Creative

Suite is a bonus, not a requirement.

- Instagram and TikTok,



with a strong understanding of what performs on each.

- AI tools for content and ideation, including Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

- Email marketing platform: Klaviyo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign. Klaviyo experience is an advantage but not essential.

- Google Workspace and Loom.

We want to hear from you if you have…

- 4-5 years experience working remotely as a social media, content or creative VA for US, Australian or European clients.

- A portfolio of short-form videos you have personally edited. We want to see your work!

- Proven experience editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with a real understanding of hooks and retention.

- Experience creating static creative for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.

- Some hands-on email marketing experience.

- Robust English and communication skills, written and spoken.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience working with AI tools as part of your creative process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
