Just Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a travel and tourism company with 18 years of industry experience, creating memorable travel experiences through personalized holidays, curated itineraries, and a range of travel services.

We believe travel content should do more than showcase destinations. It should inspire people to explore, spark curiosity, and turn travel dreams into real plans.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer & Content Creator who can bring travel experiences to life through compelling visuals, engaging videos, and well-crafted content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Designing

● Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, website banners, promotional materials, itineraries, etc.

● Develop visually appealing layouts that align with the brand's identity and communication goals.

● Transform creative concepts into polished, platform-ready designs.

2. Video Editing

● Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, travel montages, and other digital content.

● Work with footage, transitions, typography, sound, and pacing to create engaging visual stories.

● Adapt video content to different platforms and formats.

3. Copywriting & Creative Writing

● Write compelling headlines, hooks, captions, taglines, ad copies, and social media content.





● Develop creative concepts and content ideas that connect with the target audience.

● Communicate travel experiences, destinations, and brand messages in a clear, engaging, and original way.

4. Blog Writing

● Research and write informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly travel blogs and website content.

● Create destination guides, travel tips, itinerary-related content, and other relevant travel articles.

● Ensure content is accurate, well-structured, reader-friendly, and aligned with the brand's tone of voice.

Required Skills & Tools:

● Canva: Mandatory proficiency in creating professional, high-quality designs.

● Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Affinity: Solid working knowledge of at least one professional design tool.

● Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve: Working proficiency in at least one professional video-editing tool.

● Good command of written English, Hindi, and Bengali and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

● Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and conceptualization skills.

● Good knowledge and understanding of Meme culture and trend updates.

● Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.





● Ability to research topics independently and develop original content.

Our Approach to AI:

At Just Holidays, we are open to using AI tools for research, brainstorming, ideation, and exploring creative directions.

However, AI-generated content and AI-generated creative assets are not permitted in the final deliverables. All designs, videos, written content, and other creative outputs must be created and crafted by the individual.
