Hiring: Creative Content & Social Media Intern | Delhi

I'm looking for someone who doesn't just create content, but understands why people would care about it.

Someone who enjoys experimenting with reels, spotting trends, thinking of unconventional ideas, and turning them into content that connects with real people and grows a brand organically.

What you'll work on

? Video editing for Instagram Reels and short-form content

? Graphic design for scroll-stopping creatives and social media posts

? Using AI tools to explore ideas, speed up workflows and create better content

? Strategising content that builds a brand's personality, community and organic reach

? Understanding trends, audience behaviour and what makes content shareable

? Experimenting, analysing what's working and constantly improving

Who I'm looking for

Someone creative, curious and proactive, with a strong sense of internet culture.

Someone who can bring ideas to the table instead of waiting for instructions.





Someone who understands that good content is about people, not just aesthetics.

Someone comfortable experimenting, learning and taking ownership of their work.

Role details

? Delhi NCR candidates only

? Remote/hybrid during the initial months

? Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month, depending on skills and performance

? PPO chance based on performance.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing consumer brand, experiment with creative ideas, and actually see how content translates into brand growth.
