Working Days : Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

Ideation & Conceptualisation : Brainstorm creative ideas, campaign concepts, social media series and engaging content formats for different brands.

Writing & Scripting : Write social media copies, captions, reels scripts, video scripts and other brand communication.

Shoot Execution : Participate in shoots, help plan scenes, coordinate execution and assist in directing talent to bring concepts to life.

Social Media Understanding : Stay updated with trends, reels, content formats and platform-specific best practices. Understand why certain content works and how to adapt ideas for different audiences.

Content Planning : Help develop content calendars and translate brand objectives into engaging social media content.

Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team, contribute ideas,



take feedback positively and turn concepts into executable content.

What We're Looking For

- A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas, not just writing what they're told.
- Someone who can write well and has an interest in storytelling and scripting.
- Someone comfortable participating in shoots and interested in directing or content production.
- A positive understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends and social media culture.
- Curiosity about brands, advertising, pop culture and digital content.
- A willingness to experiment, learn, take feedback and improve.

You don't need to know everything already. We value initiative, creative thinking and the willingness to learn just as much as experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
