Role Description The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and support business objectives. This full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves conducting classroom and workshop-style training, creating learning materials, and tailoring content to different teams and experience levels. The trainer will assess skill gaps, gather feedback, and refine training curricula to improve effectiveness and engagement.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and partnering with leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate corporate training programs, including workshops, presentations, and structured learning paths.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, training content creation, and use of adult learning principles.
- Effective communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency with common training tools and technologies (e.g., presentation software, LMS platforms, virtual training tools).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs, interpret feedback, and measure training effectiveness using relevant metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; relevant training or L&D; certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related function; experience in consulting or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
