SANA SEARCH INTERNATIONAL is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our client. We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Cost Accounting Lead to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the cost accounting functions within manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Provide detailed cost analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline cost accounting processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior cost accounting staff.

Qualifications:

- Must be a qualified Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA).
- Minimum of 4 years to more years of experience in cost accounting (Manufacturing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cost accounting modules and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle/ SAP
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Note: This is a B&M; requirement and preferred Chennai candidates with manufacturing background. Shifts- Should be adaptable for Aus (Shifts- 3.30 A.m to 12.30 P.m) US (5.30 P.M-2.30 A.m )
