Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, securitization, and fundraising strategies.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective cash flow management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in treasury operations.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is essential;
experience with capital markets software preferred.
