Milan Care is looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and engaging Corporate Insurance Trainer to conduct medical insurance awareness sessions for corporates, institutions, residential communities, and other target groups.

The candidate will be responsible for educating individuals and organisations about the importance of medical insurance, its perks, coverage options, and the need for adequate health protection. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, health experts, investment consultants, and other professionals with common business interests to organise joint awareness programmes and expand the company's reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates, educational institutions, residential associations, and community groups to organise medical insurance awareness sessions.
- Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions on the importance and benefits of medical insurance.
- Educate participants on insurance coverage, policy features, premiums, exclusions, waiting periods, claims processes, and common policy terms.
- Explain the importance of choosing suitable health insurance coverage based on individual and family needs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and educational content for awareness programmes.
- Maintain records of sessions conducted,



participant attendance, partnership activities, leads generated, and programme outcomes.
- Gather participant feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of awareness programmes.

Eligibility criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with qualifications or experience in training, insurance, healthcare, business development, or financial services will be preferred.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, seminars, or customer awareness programmes is an advantage.
- Experience in insurance, banking, healthcare, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain insurance concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and partnership development skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to corporates, institutions, residential communities, and partner locations.
