Role Description:

- Design scalable and maintainable SCADA architectures using AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA InTouch HMI platform.
- Develop object-based architecture, templates, and standards, tag databases, alarming, historian points, trends, and reports.
- Implement scripting, object templates, and standards-based architecture for process logic.
- Define system topology, redundancy, and data flow.
- Develop and Configure InTouch HMI applications as per the standard guideline document.
- Integrate or Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP.
- Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity.
- Configure AVEVA Historian, SQL queries, and data logging strategies.




- Diagnosing and resolving system issues (communication, data errors, performance).
- Requirement Understanding, Design & development of control systems, plant engineering, Control & Automation site support.
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime and continuous improvements initiatives focusing on production line throughput.
- Support patching, backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning for OT applications.
- Testing support & Project execution on shop floor and project documentation, project status reporting.
