- Prepare delicious Continental and Oriental dishes while maintaining taste, quality, and presentation.

- Have good knowledge of Continental dishes like pasta, pizza, grills, and sauces, along with Oriental dishes like noodles, fried rice, stir-fries, and Asian sauces.

- Handle daily food preparation and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.

- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and food presentation.

- Ensure food is prepared fresh and served on time, even during busy hours.

- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Check stock availability and inform the supervisor about ingredient requirements.

- Take care of kitchen equipment and keep the workstation clean and organized.

- Bring new ideas to the menu and work closely with the Head Chef to improve food quality and customer satisfaction.
