Operate and monitor the continuous bleaching system in the Interesterification and Vanaspati Plant.

 Control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical dosing to achieve optimal bleaching efficiency.

 Ensure proper dosing of bleaching earth and activated carbon for effective colour and impurity removal.

 Ensure consistent product quality by maintaining required FFA (Free Fatty Acids), colour, and moisture levels.

 Adjust process conditions based on lab analysis and quality control feedback.

 Monitor filtration efficiency and ensure minimal oil loss in bleaching earth disposal.

 Regularly inspect and maintain bleaching vessels, vacuum pumps, agitators, and filtration systems.

 Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations to the maintenance team for prompt action.

 Adhere to safety procedures and ensure proper handling of chemicals used in the bleaching process.

 Maintain compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and ISO standards in the bleaching operation.

 Ensure proper disposal of spent bleaching earth and other waste as per environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
